The letter was returned as "attempted, unknown." With the help of the EI <br />Paso County Assessor's Office, your name was located as possib{y being involved in <br />Columbine Industrial Inc. Hopefully, this is true. If it is not, please ignore this letter. <br />Although the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology has informed us that parties who did <br />not receive the fast notice do not need to be renoticed, Transit Mix has voluntarily decided to <br />renotice them. The objection period ended on September 17, 1992, but because you did not <br />receive the fast notice Transit Mix is providing you with additional time. Therefore, if in fact <br />you are part of Columbine Industrial, you are provided with 20 days from the date you receive <br />this letter to file any comments. Please follow the instructions in the public notice. A copy of <br />this letter has been provided to the Division of Minerals and Geology so they are aware that <br />you have been provided additional time. <br />If you have any questions, please call.
