The applicant proposes to conduct a surface mining operation of 10 acres at or
near Section 32.0, Township 6.0 S, Range 77.0 W, 6th Prime Meridian. The
permit area is refered to as the Still son Patch Placer, in French Gulch, 1 1J2
miles East of Breckenridge, Colorado. A two acre pond will be left as part of
the reclamation plan.
A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the Summit
County Courthouse, P.O. Box 68, Breckenridge, Colorado. Written comments or
objections on the application may be submitted to, and additional information
obtained from, the Mined Land Reclamation Division, Room 215, 1313 Sherman
