The following is the form of the newspaper advertisement
used for revisions to the permit:
Public Notice
Bowie Resources LTD., P.O. Box 1488, Paonia, CO, 81428,
has submitted an application for a Technical Revision to
the Division of Minerals and Geology, "Division", for its
mining permit No. C-81-038. The proposed revision will
---------- --------- ---------- ---------- into the
permit. The Bowie No. 1 Mine is located about two miles
north of Paonia, CO, off of the Stevens Gulch Road. The
lands to be affected by this revision are located in the
S~SE~ Section 24, Township 13 South, Range 92 West, 6th
P.M.
The above mentioned tracts of land are shown on the U.S.
• Geological Survey 7.5 minute Gray Reservoir, Colorado,
quadrangle map. A copy of the proposed technical
revision is available for public inspection at the Delta
County Clerk and Recorder's Office, 5th and Palmer,
Delta, CO and at the offices of the Division. Written
comments regarding the proposed Technical Revision may be
submitted and additional information obtained from the
Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman St., Room
215, Denver, CO, 80203, phone [phone].
A copy of newspaper advertisements and proof of
publication are filed with the Division and made part of
the complete application, not later than 4 weeks after
the last date of publication required under 2.07.3(2).
