2.03.5 Compliance Information <br />(3)(c) An assessment conference was held at the Division's office on August 17, 1995. The <br />Division upheld the amount ofthe proposed civil penalty of$1,050 during the assessment <br />conference. <br />(3)(d) The violation has been abated. <br />(3)(e) The applicant conducted an analysis of the stability and function of all four sedimentation <br />ponds of binwall construction and submitted the findings to the Division.
