Such increased frequency shall also be indicated. <br />(~ Gil and Grrace Monitoring <br />For every ou[fall with oil and grease monitoring, in the event an oil sheen or floating oil is observed, a grab sample shall be <br />collected, analyzed, and reported on the appropriate DMR. In addition, corrective action shall be taken immediately to <br />ml[igate the discharge of oil and grease. A description of the corzcctive action taken should be included with the DMR. <br />2. R~nnrtinp of Data <br />Reporting of the data gathered in compliance with Part LB.1 shall be on a monthly basis. Monitoring results shall be summarized <br />for month and reported on Division approved dischazge monitoring report (DMR) forms (EPA form 3320-1). The forms shall be <br />mailed [o the agencies lasted below so they are received no later than the 28th day of the following month. If no discharge occurs <br />during the reporting period, "No Dischazge" shall 6e reporied. <br />The DMR forms consist of four pages -the top "original" copy, and three attached no-carbon-required copies.
