Permit No.: CO-0038024. <br />Counry' Rio Blanco <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE <br />COLORADO DISCHARGE PERMIT SYSTEM <br />In compliance with the provisions of the Colorado Water Quality Control Act, (25-8-101 et seq., CRS, 1973 as amended) and the Federal <br />Water Pollution Control Act, as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.; the "Act") <br />BLUE MOUNTAIN ENERGY, INC.. <br />is authorized to discharge tiom the Deserado Mine Site located in Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 10, 11, 12, T2N, R10IW and Sections 25, 26, 28, <br />29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, T3N, RI01 W; northeast of Rangely, CO. to Scullion Gulch and Red Wash, tributaries to the White River, in <br />accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements and other conditions set forth in Part I and 11 hereof. All discharges <br />authorized herein shall be consistent with the tetrns avd conditions of this pevnit. <br />The applicant may demand an adjudicatory hearing within thirty (30) days of the issuance of the final pemtit determination, per the <br />Colorado Discharge Permit System Regulations, 61.7{l). Should the applicant choose [o contest any of the effluent limitations, <br />mottoring requirements or other conditions contained herein, the applicant must comply with Section 24-4-104 CRS and the Colorado <br />Discharge Permit System Regulations.
