Y u are not <br />required to submit this information, but a submission would assist the Division's <br />processing of the application. When the Division notifies the local g verrunent of the <br />existence of tnis application, it will request information regardiny c mpliance with <br />aaplicable local law. It is intended that operators ~aay concurrently ome into <br />compliance with local requirements at the same time the Division is pr cessing this <br />application.
