• 4.11 COAL PROCESSING WASTE <br />Sunbelt does not plan for a coal washing facility; therefore, the <br />requirements of certain parts of this Section are not applicable to the <br />operation. <br />4.11.1 Burni <br />The requirements of this Section are not applicable to the Sunbelt <br />operation. <br />4.11.2 Burned Waste Utilization <br />The requirements of this Section are not applicable to the Sunbelt <br />operation. <br />4.11.3 Return to Underground Workings <br />• The requirements of this Section are not applicable to the Sunbelt <br />operation. <br />4.11.4 Disposal of Non-Coal Waste <br />Solid waste generated from the mining activities, such as garbage waste <br />and used paper products, will be disposed of in trash containers located <br />at the mine office and shop buildings and the coal crushing facility. <br />This garbage will be hauled and deposited at the designated approved <br />landfill area in La Plata County. <br />A conscious attempt will be made by all individuals at the mining <br />operation to dispose of mine related garbage in the appropriate dump <br />location. <br /> <br />4.11-1 <br />
