ICnowlton's cactus (Pediocactus bzowltonii) and Ivf~, cos milkvetch (Astragalus <br />fizanillinrzzs) are listed endanger ed species. Mesa Verde cactus (Scl~: •-acactus mesa-verde) is listed <br />threatened, and Sleeping Ute rzilkvetch (Astragalus tortipes) is a c_c:~idate species for listing. <br />:,,. :. <br />No Knowlton's cactus, Mesa V :;rde cactus, Mancos milkvetch, Sleep`• ag Ute milkvetch, or any other <br />sensitive flora' species are •l~iown to occur on the lands abow_~ the proposed project area. <br />Additionally, based on previo:isbiological descriptions ofthe projec' rea, no habitat exists for am% <br />of these TES flora species in `;e project area. <br />According to the USFWS, 71: - ed species have potential to occur in ' .:i Plata Cour.~ ~.
