Derr cl ~;,i;u;~! ~smirce
On about Feb. 21 to 23, 1981 I received an envelope
from Murra;~ E. Manley. The only contents was a clipping
from the Fort Collins Coloradoan regarding activities of
the Glass ]I.t~~Sd''CEIL~ Company. I found out later that
this was the °notice to neighboring residents".
I was confused by the clipping and its contents.
I first thought they were planning to use my land for the
purpose of running cattle or something. There was mention
of mining but I didn~t understand this either so I wrote
a letter protesting.
Since that time, I have had the situation explained
to me that there was to be a gravel and sand mining opera-
tion on the land east and north of my property. I understand
that my property is in no wa}° involved.
I have=. no objections to the mining operation and I
also understand that the land will be returned to its
natural at:ste. If there is no use nor involvement of
my land im~luding access to the other property, I will
hereby res~~ind my previous letter of objection.
Sincerely,
`Mrs.`"Lvcille J.
