more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 3; thence S 0 °21100 "E, ( a
true bearing to which other bearings are relative) , on the East line of said
Section 3, a distance of 477„79 feet; thence S 8905914711W, parallel with the
North line of said Section 3, a distance of 100.74 feet to intersect the West-
erly line of Academy Boulevard described in Book 2326 at Pages 423 and 424 under
Reception No. 708393 of the Records of E1 Paso County and the true point of
beginning of the tract described herein; thence S 4 °06109 "W on the Westerly line
of said Academy Boulevard, a distance of 1118.76 feet to intersect the South
line of said Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter; thence N 89 °40142 1y1,
on the South line thereof, a distance of 1130.43 feet to the Southwest corner
