With the submission of MVR responses to the Adequacy Review it appears that <br />Delta County has met the requirements fora 112c permit. Staff notes no comments of objection were <br />received. Therefore. staff is please to inform MVR and Delta County that the annlication for the <br />Whiting Pit is aU rp oved <br />By Rule, no Financial Warranty is required for a County permit. However, a Perfornrance Warranty <br />must be submitted and accepted by the Denver Office for the permit to be activated. The County has <br />365 days from the date of this letter for such submission and acceptance.
