CO 80504; [phone], has filed a reclamation permit application to extract constuction materials with this office.
The operation will be located at or neaz Section 15, Township 2N, Range 68W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Weld Colmty.
Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township, and Range. The applicant
proposes to reclaim the site for Rangeland.
The decision date for this application is scheduled for December 7, 2006, providing all permit requirements have been
met. Any comments or objections must be submitted in writing and be filed with the Division of Reclamation, Mining
and Safety no later than 5:00 p.m. on November 20, 2006 to be considered in the application review process. If we do not
receive your comments ar any objection by the end of the public comment period, the Office will assume you have no
objection or comment to the proposed activity.
