Rowe, Environmental Protection Specialist ~ TS -~v~ C~ (~ <br />RE: Flatiron Constructors, Inc., Camenish Borrow, File No. M-2006A78 <br />Please be advised that Flatiron Constructors, Inc., whose address and telephone number are P O Box 2239 ,Longmont, <br />CO 80504; (303) 485050, has filed a reclamation permit application to extract construction materials with this office. <br />The operation will be located at or near Section 15, Township 2N, Range 68W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Weld County. <br />Please be advised that the permit azea may be located in more than one Section, Township, and Range. The applicant <br />proposes to reclaim the site for Rangeland. <br />The decision date for this application is scheduled for December 7, 2006, providing all permit requirements have been <br />met. Any comments or objections must be submitted in writing and be filed with the Division of Reclamation, Mining <br />and Safety no later than 5:00 p.m. on November 20, 2006 to be considered in the application review process.
