Where wildlife habitat is the proposed future land use, shorelines should be <br />irregularly shaped to promote a diverse wildlife habitat. <br />S. Specify the reclamation treatment of any waste rock dumps, impoundments, underground <br />mine openings, buildings and other features specified in your mine plan but not previ- <br />ously addressed in the reclamation plan narrative. This should describe the measures taken to <br />minimize disturbance, to the hydrologic balance, prevent.off-site effects, and provide <br />Eor a stable configuration consistent with the proposed future land use. <br />APPLICATION ERHIBIT E - Notice to Owners.of Affected and Adiacent Lands <br />Section 34-32-110(1)(a)()CI) of the Colorado Hined Land Reclamation Act requires that a <br />copy of the Notice provided by the Applicant/Operator to all owners of surface rights to <br />the affected land and to owners of immediately adjacent lands be included with the permit <br />application. This yotice lust state the name and address of the Applicant/Operator, the <br />location of the proposed wining operation, and the proposed date of commencement of the <br />mining operation.
