Hoyl <br />and Wilde from American Shield Coal Company by quitclaim and <br />assignment dated Feb. 8, 1989. Hoyl and Wilde are tenants-in- <br />common. This property controls the surface and coal rights. <br />(6)(b) The lands known as the Lynch Lease are subject to a lease <br />agreement dated Novembez 27, 1974, between Mr. Dale Lynch and <br />Mrs. Lillian Lynch, as Lessor and Mr. Alfred G.
