<br />IN THE MATTER OF FILE NO. M-20040067, CLEAR CREEK WATER <br />PROVIDERS, LLC. APPLICATION FORA 112 CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS <br />ACT PERMIT FOR MMRR QUARRY <br />The Division of Minerals and geology, Minerals Program (DMG), as staff to the Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board in this matter, although not required to file a witness or exhibit <br />list, as a matter of fidl disclosure, identifies the following as potential witnesses at this <br />hearing: <br />1. Tom Schreiner, permit environmental reclamation specialist, who will testify <br />regarding the contents of the permit and the DMG rationale and recommendation <br />regarding the application and its compliance with the Colorado Land Reclamation Act <br />for the Extraction of Construction Materials (CMA) statutory and regulatory <br />requirements. <br />2. Allen Sorenson, geological engineer and permit reclamation specialist, who may <br />testify regarding engineering issues, including proposed blasting plans and stability <br />analyses by the applicant and objectors. <br />3. Harry Posey, supervisor of environmental reclamation specialists and geochemist, <br />who may testify regarding issues associated with potential uranium mineralization in the <br />permit application area. <br />4. Carl Mount , supervisor of environmental reclamation specialists, who may testify <br />regarding DMG policy and CMA statutory and regulatory requirements and the contents <br />of the application. <br />5.
