Also enclosed are return receipt cards demonstration <br />notice was provided to all Owners of Record of surface and mineral rights to the <br />affected land and all Owners of Record of surface lands that are within 200 feet of the <br />boundary of the affected land. <br />The green card for Dr. Michael DeJohn was evidently lost in the mail. The US Post <br />Office provided confirmation the notice was provided to Dr. DeJohn through a <br />Track/Confirm -Internet Item Inquiry.
