Since the submittal of the original permit application in 1981 and
subsequent approval and issuance of the permit on November 4, 1982,
numerous minor revisions and technical revisions have been made to
the permit during the past permit terms. All of these revisions
have been incorporated throughout this permit document. Where
appropriate, the revisions are included as part of the narrative,
while at other times it is appropriate to include the revisions as
exhibits and only briefly addressed in the narrative.
An editorial change in the document involves the change in the
format of the tables and figures throughout the narrative. Where
the original application numbered the tables and figures
consecutively throughout the document, this permit application
provides for the numbering of tables and figures within each
section independent of other sections. This format will provide
for easier insertion into the document any future revisions to
sections of the permit.
