Arting Divi:inn Director <br />Deaz Commenter(s): <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology has received comments from you concerning the 112c <br />application of the above referenced site. Those comments were received in a timely manner and <br />therefore establishes you as a party to the application process. <br />Please find enclosed a Division of Minerals and Geology information memo concerning Citizen <br />Participation in the 112 Reclamation Permit Application Process revised on October 19, 2001. <br />Staff advises that you read the memo cazefully as it explains your rights and responsibilities <br />concerning the application process. <br />Staff has tentatively identified August 19'" or 20d' for the Pre-Hearing Conference as required <br />under Rule 2.7.1(c). As a party, you will be notified by certified mail of the exact date, time and <br />location of the Pre-Hearing Conference. <br />Currently, the Decision Date for this application is September 2nd, 2003. The Mined Land <br />Reclamation Boazd Meeting is currently scheduled for September 2324'", 2003. <br />As a party, you will receive, by certified mail, a notice of the exact dates for the hearing on this <br />application. The applicant has the right to request extensions to the Decision Date to address <br />issues prior to any decision.
