Burtis; 66 Dartmouth, Pueblo, CO 81005, (719) 566-1669, has filed <br />an application For a Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Act. The proposed mine is known as the Florence Turquoise <br />Mine and is located at or near Section 13, Township 15 South, Range 70 <br />West, 6"' Principle Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is August 15, 2001, and the proposed <br />date of completion is August 15, 2021. The proposed future use of the land is <br />rangeland. <br />Additional information and the tentative decision date may be obtained from <br />the Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, <br />Denver, Colorado, 80203, (303) 866-3567, or at the Teller County, County <br />Clerk and Recorders office; P.O.
