Graded areas will be broadcast seeded <br />with either Kerr's standard reclamation seed mixture or an alternate seed mixture if <br />approved under an applicable exploration permit. <br />10) Within 60 days after completion of borehole sealing and plugging operations, Kerr <br />will prepare and file borehole abandonment reports consistent with the specific <br />applicable requirements of Rule 4.07.3(3). <br />The procedures outlined above are designed to meet or exceed borehole abandonment requirements <br />under applicable exploration permits and DMG and State Engineer regulations and guidelines and to <br />minimize and mitigate potential related environmental impacts. <br />Water and Air Quality Control Techniques <br />Steps to be taken to comply with the Clean Water Act and other applicable water quality laws and <br />regulations and health and safety standards include a comprehensive drainage and sediment control <br />plan described in Sections 780.21, 780.25, and 816.41-816.57.
