We are sending a reply to your letter Dated August 29, 2000, with the following information, in
order to have our submittal given to staff for technical review:
Exhibit G -Water Information (Rule 6.4.7)
As stated in the application, Agro Engineering in Alamosa, Colordo is developing our water plan for
this wet pit. We are enclosing a letter and a report that we requested from Agro, to explain our
status. Please see enclosure, Exhibit G and cover letter.
Exhibit H -Wildlife Information (Rule 6.4.8).
We aze including in this section a portion of the Rio Grande County Area Soil Survey done by the
USDA, in cooperation with Colorado Agricultural Experiment Station. We are including pages 49,
50, 51 and 52 for review in this application marked Exhibit H. The affected Land soil types are
mazked with an asterisk (*). Also please see enclosed letter to Colorado Division of Wildlife dated
August 4, 2000, along with map and MLRB Wildlife questionnaire.
Exhibit Q -Proof of Mailing of Notices to County Commissioners and Soil Conservation
District (Rule 6.4.17).
As you know, we mailed to the NRCS in error, and now we have enclosed the correct proof of
mailing to the Rio Grande Soil Conservation District -please see enclosed documents.
