We are enclosing a letter and a report that we requested from Agro, to explain our <br />status. Please see enclosure, Exhibit G and cover letter. <br />Exhibit H -Wildlife Information (Rule 6.4.8). <br />We aze including in this section a portion of the Rio Grande County Area Soil Survey done by the <br />USDA, in cooperation with Colorado Agricultural Experiment Station. We are including pages 49, <br />50, 51 and 52 for review in this application marked Exhibit H. The affected Land soil types are <br />mazked with an asterisk (*). Also please see enclosed letter to Colorado Division of Wildlife dated <br />August 4, 2000, along with map and MLRB Wildlife questionnaire. <br />Exhibit Q -Proof of Mailing of Notices to County Commissioners and Soil Conservation <br />District (Rule 6.4.17). <br />As you know, we mailed to the NRCS in error, and now we have enclosed the correct proof of <br />mailing to the Rio Grande Soil Conservation District -please see enclosed documents. <br />"Your Brand of People" <br />
