EXHIBIT I <br />Proof of Filing with County Clerk <br /> <br />AFFIDAVIT <br />}CNOW ALL MEN PRESENTS, THAT: <br />WHEREAS, the Minerals Rules and Regulations of the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board (Rule°3.2(1)(n), a gravel pit appli- <br />cation requires the submittal of an affidavit or receipt indicat- <br />ing the date on which the application was placed with the local <br />County Clerk and Recorder. <br />WHEREAS, according to Rule 3.2(3)(b}(ii), upon filing the <br />application and upon filing amendments to the application, place <br />for public review a copy of the application and amendments, less <br />confidential items, with the clerk or recorder of the county or <br />counties in which the affected land is located.
