r <br />i. Storage water right: Nation No. 1 Pond. <br />i. Location: The pond is located in the NWl/4, Section 19, Township <br />49 North, Range 4 West, N.M.P.M., Montrose County, Colorado, and <br />is approximately 425 feet south of the north section line and 65 feet <br />east of the west section line of said Section 19. <br />ii. Place of storage: The pond is an existing feature on the property <br />described in the prior paragraph. It is fed through the three springs <br />described in pazagraph 4a above and through a ditch carrying water <br />from the Nation No. 2 Pond. The pond typically fills in the spring of <br />the year, holds water during the summer months, and dries during the <br />winter. Its surface azea, when full, is 0.36 acres. <br />iii. Type of use: wildlife habitat, sub-irrigation of adjacent wetlands, and <br />recreation. <br />iv. Storage capacity: 1.8 acre feet. <br />v. Location: The pond is located in the NWl/4, Section 19, Township <br />49 North, Range 9 West, N. M.P.M., Montrose County, Colorado, and <br />is approximately 1,270 feet south of the north section line and 230 feet <br />east of the west section line of said Section 19. <br />ii. Place of storage: The pond is an existing feature on the property <br />described in the prior pazagraph. It is fed through the spring described <br />in paragraph 4b above. The Nation No. 2 Pond typically fills in the <br />spring of the year, holds water during the summer months, and dries <br />during the winter. Its surface azea, when full, is 0.06 acres. There is <br />a ditch between the Nation No. 2 Pond and the Nation No, 1 Pond <br />(described in pazagraph 4i above). The ditch trends northerly from the <br />Nation No. 2 Pond to the Nation No. 1 Pond, is about 600 feet long, <br />and carries water from the Nation No. 2 Pond to the Nation No. 1 <br />Pond. <br />iii. Type of use: wildlife habitat, sub-irrigation of adjacent wetlands, and <br />recreation. <br />iv. Storage capacity: 0.12 acre feet. <br />v.
