<br /> <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />ROARING FORK RESOURCES, INC. <br />QC7 3 3 ; ;°~ <br />Division of iy,;nerzls end Geolagg <br />14156 B Highway 82, Carbondale, Co. 81623, (970) 963-0110 <br />has filed an application for a Regular (112) Conswction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit <br />with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land <br />Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as <br />the Mamm Creek Saud & Gravd Pit, and is located in portions of Sections 11,12,13,14, <br />Township 6 S, Range 93 W, 6th Principal Meridian. <br />The Proposed date of commencement is May 1, 2001, and the proposed date of completion is <br />April 30, 2011. The proposed future use of the land is Recreation (RC). Additional information <br />and tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 <br />Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567, or at the Garfield County <br />Clerk and Recorder's otRce; 109 8th Street, Glenwood Springs, Colorado 81601, or the <br />above-named applicant. <br />Comments must be in writing and must be received by the Division of Minerals and Geology by <br />4:00 pm on November 16.2000. <br />
