Mined Land Reclamation Board Permit Application
Dear Mr. Stover:
The Mined Land Reclamaton Board (Boazd) has directed the Division to remind applicants when they
have not posted the required financial warranty and/or the performance warranty by the 9`~ month of the
'application approval date.
As of the date of this notice, our records indicate that you have not poste~e required warranty for your
approved Mined Land Reclamation Boazd permit, file No. M-2002-094. If you do not post the required
warranty by January 15, 2003, (365 days from the date your applicafion was approved) you must be
scheduled for a Formal Boazd Hearing according to the provisions of Rule 4.1(2). At that hearing, the
Boazd will reconsider the previous approval, which may include denial, and may require you to comply
with thepublic notice provisions and the public comment period for new applications.
