No water from the disturbed Brea will flow onto the
wetlands.
EXHIBIT H - WILDLIFE INFORMATION
We will agree to a 200 foot buffer instead of the 100 foot
bui'fer near the wetland erects. We intend to keep a lerger
bui'fer but have found extreme differences in individual
cor~cepta of what constitutes a wetland end differences in
dii'ferent government agencies ideas of what constitutes a
wetland. If we maintain a 300 foot buffer from whet we
bel-ieve is a wetland we can probably guarantee that all
parties will agree that at least a 200 foot buffer exists.
We will flag the buffer limit to keep our men and equipment
out; of the area, we know the property does use the wetland
area and we have no control over his use of his property.
EXHIBIT L - RECLAMRTION COSTS
We have not problem with inclusion of 15.18% indirect costs
intro our submitted figures.
