CALDWELL and ALBERT F. <br />NESSELHUF, JR., grantors, who for the consideration of ONE DOLLAR <br />AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, hereby release, convey, <br />sell and quit claim to WILLIAM S. CALDWELL, 17489 Highway 202, <br />Rocky Ford, Colorado 81067, and ALBERT F.
