Kinard <br />Land Use Adnunistrator <br />Courthouse <br />Ordway, Colorado 81063 <br />Dear Mr. Kinard: <br />[II M Construction, Inc., in co-operation with the property owners, is making <br />application for an open mining pit permit to the Colorado DepartmQnt of Natural <br />resources Mined Land Reclamation Division, and in this process is applying to <br />the Crowley County Regional Planning Crnmission for a zoning change, or variance, <br />as may be applicable. <br />The state of Colorado requires that con~liance with local government zoning <br />laws be met prior to issuing a permit for operation of an open mine pit.
