<br />EXHIBIT "E" <br />RECLAMATION PLAN <br />The Applicant pas obtained a proposed reclamation plan from <br />the United States Department of Natural Resources Conservation <br />Service, attached hereto, which he intends to follow on the <br />affected property. Reclamation would occur after utilization of <br />the material found on each 12-acre parcel as stated in the Mining <br />Plan and as further indicated on the pre-mining map identified as <br />Exhibit "C". The proposed reclamation plan contains grading <br />information, topsoil information, seeding, fertilizer, types and <br />varieties of grasses and/or revegetation and grazing information as <br />required in this exhibit. Post-mining use of the property would <br />consist of grazing after the appropriate time period to establish <br />reseeding and grass of the property. The reclamation of each 12- <br />acre parcel would take an estimated 3 to 5 years to establish a <br />cover crop and grass before any grazing or pasturing would take <br />place. See attached Reclamation Plan prepared by the Natural <br />Resources Conservation Service dated May 15, 1997. <br />
