<br /> <br />2. Added locations of reserve topsoil storage piles for each phase. Also added was the <br />general statement that the 35' setback area would be used for temporary storage <br />of both topsoil and overburden. <br />3. Added the 100' area east of the existing High Bank in Phases lA and 1B. where <br />mining and baclcfilling would be allowed only with UD&FCD approval from <br />October to Mazch. The 400' general limit from the S. Platte River where mining <br />will also be allowed only by L1D&FCD approval is also shown. <br />4. Delineated the 200' mining limit from the Sinclair Pipeline on the west side of the <br />River without further approvals by either Sinclair or DMG. <br />In addition, the following notes were added to the map: <br />Required the limits of mining and setbacks from structures be staked in the file <br />prior to excavation being undertaken in an area. <br />2. Added that the "No Disturbance" areas will not be mined or disturbed, except by <br />Adams County Trail Construction, Channel Improvements by UD&FCD and/or <br />Adams County, and support structures for the conveyor. <br />3. Made clear the fencing along the County's trail easement is not part of CAMAS's <br />responsibility. <br />4.
