! • <br />EXHIBIT A - Leeal Description <br />The Smith Pit is located approximately 49 miles <br />north of Craig, Colorado just off of Dtoffat County <br />Road ~ 4, The pit is located' in lots 1 & 5 section 13 <br />Township 12 North Range 94 1.1est 6thPD1 and in lots 4.1~~ <br />RT~ of 11, in section 18 of Township 12 North Range 93 <br />4:est of the 6th PAf, <br />EXHIBIT B - Atininc Plan <br />This pit contains approximately 8,5 acres and hasn't <br />been crushed in since 193, There is about 4~np yds. of <br />crushed gravel left in this pit. The present pit has <br />been smoothed up and backsloped to 3:1 but has not been <br />reclaimed because eve are planning to cruse here this <br />spring. The gravel is 5 to 8 feet deep throughout the <br />pit, The topsoil, ~•rhich is very little, will be piled <br />to the west end of the pit for later reclamation. The <br />operation will begin at the east and +oork towards the <br />;rest. The gravel will be stripped and ran through a <br />crusher and •:rill then be crushed into material we can <br />use on County roads in that area.
