Publishers Affidavit from the Brighton Blade. <br />2. A revised Exhibit L which includes a 15~ additional <br />cost for indirect costs. We submit this as our <br />committed amount for a final reclamation bond. <br />3. A copy of a letter from United Power regarding their <br />underground power line across the permit area. Before <br />mining closer than 200 ft. of this underground power <br />line, the applicant will either obtain an agreement <br />from United Power, the line will be relocated, or the <br />line will be abandoned.
