• At the close of the mining operation, all structures were removed <br />from the permit area, except those which are anticipated to be used to <br />support the postmining land use or which will serve as commercial <br />facilities in the future. A discussion of the facilities to be retained at <br />this time to support the postmining land use or used for commercial <br />purposes is provided in Section 3.6.7.
