Material <br />that was spread on the road during construction will be recovered by <br />scrapers to fill the remainder of the hole and graded to achieve <br />approximate original contour. Topsoiling will take place as described in <br />Section 4.3.5. The area will be revegetated according to the approved <br />standards at that time. <br />3.6.7 SIIPPORT FACILITIES FOR POSTMINING LAND IISH <br />Approximately 8,000 acres of land within and adja e t to the permit <br />boundary are anticipated to be used to form a livestock/ranching operation <br />in the postmining era. The lands adjacent to the permit boundary consist <br />primarily of hay production lands on the west side of Trout Creek. It is <br />anticipated that these lands will continue to be used for hay cropping and <br />possibly livestock grazing while the acreage within the permit boundary <br />will be used primarily for livestock grazing. <br />Facilities within the permit area that will be retained to support <br />• the general postmining land use of a livestock/ranching operation include <br />the following: <br />1. Buildings <br />A. Shop/Maintenance Building <br />B. Truck Barn <br />C. Bath House <br />2. Other Areas <br />A. Coal Stockpile/Equipment Storage/Fuel Tank Area <br />B. Supply Yard <br />3. Sediment Structures <br />A. West Ridge Pond <br />B. Center Ridge Pond <br />C. Moffat Pond and associated collection ditches <br />The buildings listed above to remain as part of the postmining <br />landscape are considered essential to a functioning livestock/ranching <br />operation of the anticipated size and are valuable assets to the property. <br />.
