The discharge <br />002 referred to by the investigators was located after a series of ponds <br />designated as the Decant Settling Ponds, located almost adjacent to the Animas <br />River. (See accompanying figure) <br />The permit specifies two discharge points 002 anb 00's which are lo~~ated at the <br />ends of two ten inch decant lines and prior to entering the Decant Settling <br />Ponds (aoain see accompanying figure).
