• 2.10 MAPS AND PLANS <br />Rule 2.10.1 - General Requirements <br />Maps submitted with applications shall be presented in a consolidated <br />format and shall legibly detail all of the information set forth on <br />topographic maps of the U. S. Geological Survey of the 1:24,000 scale <br />series. <br />(1) Maps of the permit area shall be at a scale of 1:6,000 or larger, <br />if requested by the Division or by the operator with the approval of the <br />Division. <br />2) Maps of the remainder of the area to be affected over the <br />estimated life of the operations and the adjacent areas shall clearly show <br />the lands and waters within those areas and be at a scale determined by the <br />Division, which in no case shall be smaller than 1:24,000 unless approved <br />• by the Division. <br />(3) All maps shall show the permit area boundaries. <br />RESPONSE: <br />All maps submitted with this permit application legibly detail all the <br />information set forth on topographic maps of the U.S. Geological <br />Survey of the 1:24,000 scale series. The maps of the permit area and <br />adjacent areas clearly show the lands and waters within these areas <br />and are at a scale of 1:6,000 or larger except for Map 3, Twentymile <br />Park Hydrology, which is at a scale of 1:24,000 and Map 7, Twentymile <br />Park Water Rights and usage, prepared at a scale of 1:48,000. All <br />maps show the permit area boundary. <br /> <br />2.10-1 <br />
