Box 1019, Montrose, CO 81402; (970) 323-5539, filed an application to wnduct Surface extraction of <br />construction materials and reclamation, at or neaz Section 24, Township 49N, Range lOW, New Mexico Prime <br />Meridian, in Montrose County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, <br />Township, and Range. The application decision is scheduled for September 1, 2003. <br />A copy of the apphcation is available for review, unless you receive a CD, at the Montrose County Clerk & <br />Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, <br />Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make continents or objections of the mine plan and/or the reclamation plan, they must be <br />submitted within twenty (20} days of the date of the newspaper public notice to be considered in the application <br />review process by the Division. You should contact the applicant for the newspaper publication date.
