Lung <br />Division Direr iw <br />The Division has reviewed your permit application and has the following Adequacy concerns: <br />E7CI-IIBIT D-Mining Plan <br />On Page 4 it is stated that "a river crossing, either by bridge and/or conveyor, located on <br />the northeast side of the site, will be constructed and also used for access and transporting <br />materials from the site". <br />On Page 10, under stream crossing, it is stated "If a bridge is installed, it will remain upon <br />completion of the operation for use by the landowners. If a conveyor is erected and used <br />to transport material across the river, it will be removed as part of the reclamation plan". <br />The Division, in order to evaluate the financial warranty, requires the following <br />information: <br />1) Is a conveyor system going to be erected to transport the material? <br />If so, please submit a detailed design, which includes length and <br />width and associated support structures. <br />2) Please submit the approved plan from the Army Corps of Engineers <br />for the bridge. <br />EXI-IIBIT E-Reclamation Plan <br />Under [he legal description and the Phase I and II areas' acreage, the permit is for 37.41 <br />acres.
