Proof of Publication. <br />2. Return receipts from notices sent to Boazd of Mesa County Cotnmissioners and Mesa County <br />Soils Conservation District along with copies of the notices. <br />3. Retttm receipts from notices sent to Owners of Record of surface land within 200 feet of the <br />affected land. The notice sent to Rodney C. Power was never returned. Rodney C. Power is <br />one of owners of the affected land and an owner within 200 feet of the affected land. See <br />Lease Agreement in Exhibit N. Inclosed is the Receipt for Certified Mail. <br />4. Inclosed is a new page 2 of Exhibit D-Mining Plan.
