October 29, 1997 <br />• <br />AGII,E STONE SYSTEMS, INC. <br />CLEM RESIDENCE <br />1007 MEADOWDALE LANE <br />PARKDALE,COLORADO <br />OCTOBER 16, ] 997 <br />Purpose <br />This investigation was conducted to document the existing condition of the Clem <br />residence (trailer home) at 1007 Meadowdale Lane, Parkdale, Colorado. <br />Procedure <br />Present at the inspection were Mrs. Clem (owner and occupier), Phil Musial and Ben <br />Carroll (both of Vibra-Tech Engineers). The inspection consisted of examination of the <br />residential exterior as per Mrs. Clem. The trailer was manufactured in ] 977-78, and has <br />been located at the current address for approximately 2.5 years. <br />• The condition of the inspected sections of the structures may change after the date of <br />inspection due to many factors such as weather, fire, moisture, actions taken by the owner, <br />or the passage of time. This report deals with the condition of the structures at the time of <br />inspection. <br />The following report is based upon an examination of only those portions of the structure <br />that were readily accessible and could be visually inspected from the ground. No <br />inspection was made in areas obstructed, concealed, closed off; or in any area which <br />required dismantling, removal or movement of any object. <br />Photographs are attached to the rear of this report. <br />Roll #1 <br />Trailer Home Exterior <br />Photo #]) Identification photo from the northwest. <br />Photo #2) North side window -water damage with evidence of previous repair. <br />Photos #3-4) North side, trailer support -possible improper support construction. <br />• <br />
