Dept. of Natural Resources <br />Re: Application of Mosch Mining Company 2800 (130) MF, <br />C-34657 <br />Gentlemen: <br />Pursuant to the decision of the Interior Board of Land <br />Appeals at 75 IBLA 15:3 (August 18, 1983), i would like to submit <br />the following statement on behalf of Mosch Mining Company: <br />1. Notice under 43 CFR $ 3809.1-3 <br />a. Mosch Mining Company hereby gives notice that it has <br />constructeci a road in the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 S. 31, T~},,~, <br />8,],3W 6th P.M. disturbing a total surface area of .67 <br />acres. <br />b. Mosch hereby incorporates by reference materials <br />supplied to BLM pursuant to its original right-of-way <br />application referenced above. <br />c. The description of the access route is contained in <br />materials originally supplied to BLM. The road is <br />graded and is approximately 1100 feet long and 26.5 <br />feet wide. A copy of the road survey and map is <br />attached hereto for convenience. <br />d. Reclamation of all disturbed areas will be completed <br />to the standard prescribed in S 3809.1-3(d). <br />Reasonable measures will be taken to prevent <br />unnecessary and undue degredation of the federal lands <br />during operations. <br /> <br />
