The application <br />decision is scheduled for July 3, 2000. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Kiowa County Clerk & Recorder'soffice and at the office <br />of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within ten (10) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact <br />the applicant for the newspaper publication date.
