6.4.19 EXHIBIT S -Permanent Man-Made Structures <br />There aze some additional structures that aze within 200 feet of the affected land, as <br />represented on the proposed map, that will require notazized agreements with the owners, <br />appropriate setbacks of 200 feet, or engineering analyses indicating the structure will not <br />be damaged. These include State Highway 69 and the associated fence, the bridge over <br />Froze Creek on Hwy 69, if it is within 200 feet of the affected land, County Road 105, <br />and the irrigation diversion and associated ditch along the creek on the southwest side of <br />the permit area. <br />6.5 GEOTECHNICAL STABILITY EXHIBIT <br />At this time a geotechnical stability analyses is not necessary. <br />This concludes the Division's preliminary adequacy review of this application. Please <br />remember that the recommendation date for this application is May 7, 2003. As <br />previously mentioned, if you aze unable to provide satisfactory responses to any <br />inadequacies prior to this date, it will be your responsibility to request an extension of <br />time to allow for continued review of this application.
