<br />will release through a small diameter (6") rigid pipe which will outfall near the east <br />property line and will be rip-rapped to resist erosion. Sizing and design work for the <br />pond was conducted by E. Wayne Wentworth of Civil Engineering Design, Longmont.. <br />A copy of the study is available upon request. <br />The Colorado Department of Health, Water Quality Control Division, will be <br />contacted to determine whether a stormwater permit will be required for the collection <br />and storage of such aloes-frequency runoff event. If so, a storm water permit <br />application will be submitted. <br />Water Use and Water Rights <br />Water will be occasionally consumed in the operation for dust suppression as <br />necessary. Water for this use will be purchased from a municipal source and trucked <br />to the site when needed. <br />-iz- <br />
