BEFORE THE MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />DRAFT PRE-HEARING ORDER <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION FOR GRAY PIT #2, SECTION 1:12 <br />RECLAMATION PERMIT, FILE NO. M-2005-012 <br />The Mined Land Reclamation Board ("the Boazd"), through Pre-hearing Conference Officer <br />Daniel I. Hernandez and pursuant to Construction Materials Rule 2.7, conducted aPre-hearing <br />Conference on August 4, 2005. The Board, having considered this Order, as proposed by the <br />Pre-hearing Conference Officer, and having considered any objections or comments from [he <br />parties, hereby enters the following Pre-hearing Order for the captioned proceeding: <br />I.
