A suitable examination shall be conducted prior to any heavy mobile <br />equipment being placed on the refuse pile. This examination is to <br />determine if voids or domed cavities exist and that an adequate <br />foundation is provided for such equipment. <br />2. Equipment shall be provided with cabs to prevent operator exposure to <br />dust, harmful fumes, and gases. <br />3.
