<br />IS INDENTURE made this day of July, 1987, y and
<br />between e CITY OF MONTE VISTA,~unicipal Corpora ~on, Lessor,
<br />and NICK E. ONZALES, Lessee, witnesseth:
<br />1. That in nsideration of the c enants and promises
<br />herein set forth the ssor hereby le es unto the Lessee the
<br />foll/ow'ing described proper to-wit:

<br />is a portion of a la er parcel of The Lessee is
<br />restricted to the to er portion of the entire cel of land

<br />incorporated he ein by reference, and any reference to
<br />pasture land sha 1 automatically mean the lower portion of
<br />the entire parcel, and is further described as follows:
<br />All that part of the NE;SW; of Section 32, T. 39 N., R. 8
<br />E., New Mexico Principal Meridian, described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the E. side line of said NE4SW; of
<br />Section 32, 429 feet S. of the NE corner of said NE;SW; of
<br />Section 32, said corner being the center of said Section 32;
<br />Thence S. along the N. and S. centerline of said section 32,
<br />380 feet, more or less, to a point; thence S. 33° W., 630
<br />feet, more or less, to a point on the S. line of said NE;SW;
<br />of said Section 32; Thence W. along the S. line of said
<br />NE;SW;, Section 32, 970 feet, more or less, to the SW corner
<br />of the NE;SW;, Section 32; Thence N. along the W. line of
<br />said NE;SW;, Section 32, 891 feet, more or less, to a point;
<br />Thence E. 1320 feet, more or less, to the point of
<br />beginning; EXCEPTING one half acre which is described in a
<br />certain Quit Claim Deed, recorded in the office of the
<br />County Clerk and Recorder of Rio Grande, in Book 73 a t Page
<br />322; EXCEPTING a tract of land, containing 3.5 acres, more
<br />or less, described in Book 319, Page 606, Rio Grande County
<br />Records; EXCEPTING a tract of land, containing 1.04 acres,
<br />more or less, described in Personal Representative's Deed
<br />recorded in Book 360 at Page 768 of the records of the Rio
<br />Grande County Clerk and Recorder.
<br />2. The Lessor leases said property to the Les from the
<br />1st day of August, 1987, to the 31st day of July, 88.
<br />3. The moneta consideration for his lease shall b~

<br />4. Lessee shall have the p vilege of erecting interior
<br />fences at Lessee's expense a upon termination, Lessee shall
<br />remove such interior fence a his expense. This lease is a
<br />pasture lease for the pu ose of sturing livestock and Lessee
<br />shall not exceed seven ) head of li stock on the pasture land
<br />at any one time: sych does include bu 's not limited to mares
<br />with foal.
