(C-81-019) <br />Dear Jim: <br />In response to you Preliminary Adequacy Letter dated 9 February 2005 regarding <br />topsoil removal, Colowyo will adhere to the following guidelines. <br />• During the course of the Exploration Program, no vehicles will be allowed <br />to go cross country under muddy conditions. In muddy conditions, a road <br />must be cleared in accordance with prudent topsoil salvage practices. <br />Thank you for your time and attention on this matter.
